We had enough gas left to go climbing after work one day so George took us to one his favorite spots in Mt Hood National Forest.

Timberline Lodge

We have been working up on Mt Hood building ropes course elements for a youth camp and visited the Timberline Lodge for my first time. The thunderstorm to the east made for a pretty sunset, great lightening show and a near vertical rainbow during dinner, one of the nicest sunsets i've ever seen.

Oregon Zoo Concert

Carolina Chocolate Drops. A must see if they are ever around your area. Combining old time string instruments with voice percussion the C.C.D wowed the sold out crowd. It was nice to hear some fellow Carolinians talk so highly of there native NC roots.

Tv on the Radio at Edgefield was a great show. We hung out by the fire afterwards until late and played some pool at one of the many bars and restaurants on the premises. You must stay here when you visit and enjoy all the spa amenties and saltwater soaking pool.

Ashland and Prescott Park

We are building a Ropes course up on Prescott park near Ashland Oregon, A beautiful mountain with hiking and biking trails and now a challenge course.
