How about a hike to tunnel falls
Finding out that I was going to have friday off motivated me to get a early start on the weekend and go on a backpacking trip to tunnel falls on eagle creek. After stopping to get a few supplies and then again at Multnomah falls to read my guide book and look at a map. I decide to head to Eagle creek for a 12 mile hike but ended up hiking 15. Getting a late start (7:45pm)at the trailhead i was greeted by day hikers headed back to there car wondering why anyone would begin a hike here at this hour.
