Day 3: Charleston, SC

South Carolina Aquarium at Charleston Harbor

The Aquarium was the perfect place to go on this cool rainy morning in Charleston. Chandler and I absolutely enjoyed seeing all the fish and animals. They really set the place up in a neat way. They had a South Carolina Mountains region, a Piedmont region, a Coastal Plains region, and an Ocean region represented in the facility. The Mountain area was awesome with good sized waterfalls, otters, trout, and snakes. The Ocean area might have been our favorite though because they had a huge two-story tank with sharks, sea turtles, and fish as big as I am! We also saw a bald eagle, I was able to pet a boa constrictor (Chandler refused to touch Sweet Rosie! lol.), and I watched my favorite creatures, seahorses, swim about :)

After the adventure to the Aquarium, we ate nachos royale at Juanita's downtown and head over to Ye Ole Fashion, where Valerie hooked us up with free ice cream. The Banana Pudding ice cream just might beat out the Birthday Cake flavor as my new favorite!

Tonight Chandler and I are showing off our cooking skills and preparing a stir-fry dinner for Dusty, Betsay, Valerie, Nick, and Sara.

Thanks for all the interest in the Blog! Talk to Y'all soon!
